Carriage House Creations: award winning jams, jellies, sauces, and salsas

We are so proud: we won the Small Business of the Year award for 2008 from the Greater DuBois Area Chamber of Commerce. We are just thrilled! We not only received a crystal flame (see below center picture) to represent the award, but a Letter of Citation from Representative Sam Smith, our local House of Representatives representative (that sounds redundant, I know) , and a Congratulatory Letter from Lt. Governor/Senator Joe Scarnati (below right). Senator Scarnati came to our retail location to present the Letter, and toured our commercial kitchen.

We recently participated in the Groundhog Wine Trail Festival (Feb. 6, 2010) in Clearfield, PA. Check out David with Punxsutawney "Phil" and his handler. In honor of the occasion, we made "Spicy Groundhog Pancake Mix".
