GARLIC TOAST

1/2  Cup butter, softened
1/2 Cup shredded Parmesan Cheese or Romano/Parmesan mix
1/4 tsp. Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp.   dry Zippy Onion Dip mix
Italian bread, sliced 3/4 inch thick
Additional Parmesan cheese for sprinkling on top

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine butter, cheese, garlic, and dip until smooth. Spread on bread.
Top with additional Parmesan cheese.
Bake until toasty and crunchy on the top.

We love this with Jambalaya. Just the right heat, and so good for soaking up all of that
great seafood broth. Of course, it is also good with spaghetti too. If you want
more heat, just increase the dry dip mix
