MEXICAN CHICKEN BAKE

This recipe uses our new Honey Mustard.  It is brand new!

1 lb. Chicken breast cutlets, or chicken tenders

4 oz. Bacon, diced

8 oz. Sliced mushrooms (fresh)

8 oz. Honey Mustard

1 Cup Mexican blend cheese

1/4 onion, sliced in wedges

Garlic

Flour

Oil

Salt & pepper to taste.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Dredge chicken breasts in flour.  Saute in hot oil (adding garlic

clove sliced as desired) until browned.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Place chicken in oven proof casserol, and put in oven.

Clean skilled.  Fry diced bacon until crispy.  Drain

In bacon drippings, saute onions and musshrooms.  Add

onion and mushrooms to casserole.

Top with a jar of Honey Mustard.   Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes until cheese is melted.

Serve with baked potato.
