Italian Chili Mix

This chili is best made with a mixture of hot and sweet Italian sausage (loose, or if only links are available, remove the casing and pretend it is loose) Add cannellini or garbanzo beans, onion, tomato paste, and beef consomme. Great served with garlic bread. Greek: This has a wonderful mid-eastern taste. Best made with lamb (stew meat, leg, or ground if that is all that is available). There is a hint of mint also. Add a can of chopped or diced tomatoes,and garbanzo beans. Garnish with feta or goat cheese crumbles and Greek olives.
